General & account help

For account, billing or general questions, email support@brylo.app.

Community moderation

Reports from the community are reviewed within 24 hours. Serious safety concerns are escalated as a priority.

Brylo does not provide medical advice and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or a qualified health professional.
