Account Deletion

You can delete your Brylo account and its data at any time. Here is exactly what happens and how.
Delete from inside the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your synced data from our systems and returns the app to a fresh, anonymous state on your device.
What gets deleted
- Your synced profile and entries (pregnancy, baby, cycle, wellbeing).
- Photos stored in cloud backup.
- Your community posts and comments (removed or anonymised to “[deleted user]”), likes and push tokens.
- Your account sign-in record.
Data on your device
Anything stored locally on your device stays there until you uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the local copy.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@brylo.app from the email address on your account. We will verify the request and erase your account and associated data within 30 days.
If you never created an account
Anonymous users have no data on our servers — everything stays on the device. Simply uninstalling the app removes it.
